Though I run some problem with order, the delivery staff are very kind and helpful. The couch is nice but the end of the chase portion is tilting upward a bit. I think overtime once the area was being seated a lot it will be proportionally leveled. The gray is not as gray as I expected. The first delivery date was my huge problem as Wayfair had I informed me of the delivery date and was given instruction to prep. Thus, I emptied the area where the couch would be placed but then the delivery didn’t happen. The information I was given was inaccurate and I wouldn’t know it will not be delivered to the date that I was given until I called Wayfair. Because of this, we didn’t have a couch to sit on as I removed already the old couch that was in there due to the information I was given by Wayfair. But the second delivery date went well..
