I absolutely love this sectional couch! I have to be honest, I was really nervous about ordering this. Some reviews weren't the best. I was worried about it coming in 4 different shipments, which I also have to be honest, 3 boxes came excatly on time and the 4th and main box came the day after. This didn't bother me to badly. I think everyone needs to practice patience sometimes. The cushions sprang right up. The covers went on easily. I like they can go on and off to wash. I thought the instructions were easy enough. In my opinion, it definitely takes two people to link the pieces into place but all in all, set up took maybe an hour if that. The storage seat lifts good and the pull-out slides up and out nicely. Easy to do. This couch is so incredibly soft! I super love the way it feels. I've had this a few week's now and have had zero issues. Except trying to keep my little dog off! Lol! He thinks it's his new bed. The cushions are firm but not to firm. Perfect size for my living room and family. I didn't want something huge taking up our entire space and I just wasn't finding that at the furniture stores. I'll say one last thing, I do advise combing this to keep it fluffy. Which I find rather soothing to do. Other than that, this is a great piece. If you're on the fence but the dimensions fit your space and you love soft and fluffy, just get it. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. Many years on, this is still a great sofa. I have cats, and the fabric may honestly be about the best-case scenario for a cat household. As you can see in my admittedly dirty sofa photo, claws do occasionally pull up little loops, but they can easily be trimmed or pulled out with very little effect on the overall appearance of the fabric. The modular parts have held up extremely well too. We have reconfigured the sofa plenty of times over the years, and all of the hinges and connectors are still solid. The connectors are substantial metal pieces, not little plastic clips, and nothing has loosened up or broken with repeated use. The storage under the seats is still one of my favorite features. There is a surprising amount of room in there, and having storage built into basically every section makes the whole modular design much more useful. After years of regular use, pets, moving pieces around, opening and closing the storage, and generally not babying it, it has held up remarkably well. I would absolutely buy it again.. Skipp. US.
