1010 for a small apartment couch! I absolutely love this couch! The color is exactly what I was hoping for, and the storage is a game changer. The pull-out is so easy to use and manage. Be prepared for 2 of the 3 boxes to be very heavy (around 100 to 110 lbs each). I did need help getting them inside my apartment because they were large and bulky. Once inside, assembly was doable with one person, you just need a little muscle to get everything into place. The couch feels very sturdy, the back cushions are super plush, and the bottom cushions just need a little time to break in.
