Buying a sectional sight unseen using only a fabric swatch and the one or two images available in the listing was stressful. I'm happy I purchased this sectional. I replaced a worn-out entry-level sectional that fit my space perfectly. The challenge was to find a left-hand facing sectional that was very similar in size. This sectional is almost an exact match. It's within an inch in any dimension the same as my old sectional. I got the Sunbrella fabric in Spectrum Indigo. I'm impressed with the build quality of the sectional. Time will tell how well it holds up to everyday wear and tear. (I have two cats) The cushions are on the firm side and the seat is a bit higher than what I was used to but I find it to be very comfortable and wonderful to sleep on. Shipping was quicker than expected and the delivery was flawless. Wayfair custom upholstery is a win in my book with this item!. Eric. Paducah, KY. Sun May 25 2025

Modular Sectional Sofa, Convertible Sofa Seat With Storage, Sleeper Sectional Sofa Set, Fabric Flexible Modular Combinations For Living Room

This order gave me so much headache and stress. I'd originally order this moducular sectional sofa in light grey on 8/12 for a great sale price, only to have the order canceled 5 days later. I'd spoke with a Wayfair customer support on 8/17 to placed a new order for the same sofa but now the price have gone significantly higher, and I'd opted for the other color in beige because that was on sale as well. So, I waited 5 days, no email on any updates regarding it and shipping. I ended up submitting a request to get a replacement for it on 8/22. I was told that the warranty that I'd purchased for the soda would still remain active for the current order. Waited a week and still nothing, so reached out to them (and have been doing so everyday) on 8/29 and Wayfair support submitted a 2nd replacement for the item. I finally received a delivery for my order, but it was partial. I'd received 3 boxes today on 9/2, and was told that the remaining boxes for my order will get delivered tomorrow 9/3. I went back and forth with customer support regarding this and the warrany and was told that the warranty isn't active anymore. It was only active on the original item when it was order. Any replacement will make the warranty void. I was told twice by wayfair support that my warranty would still be there. Now, I don't have warranty on my furniture and the price to add it back have gone up. I will not be ordering from Wayfair in the future. Prices constantly changing and customer support tells you different answers each time. I will update the rating once I receive the rest of my order and put it together to actually test the item.. I'm absolutely in love with this sofa! I was nervous because it didn't have a ton of reviews but I'm glad I took the chance because it looks so much more expensive than it is and is very comfortable and cozy. I wanted an ivory sofa but I was scared because I'm accident prone, so I got the conversational Ivory, which gives my space the overall lightness but a little less obvious if I spill something on it. My sister even slept on the couch the first 2 nights I had it and found it very comfy. Update ---- Last two photos show how the sofa aged after 4 years. Did pretty well but loses it's shape a little bit with some piling.. Naseam. Trabuco Canyon, CA. Wed May 20 2026

This sofa is both cost-effective and quality in the market in many small pull bed sofas, we do not use repeated material, choose a wood frame, better air permeability sponge foam, cushion soft and hard moderate, new material, new foam filling seat cushion and back cushion, not easy to deformation suitable for long-term use. This sofa with a sleeper bed design is an eye-catching piece, designed as a couch that turns into a bed with minimal effort. Use this alternately as a sofa or bed and even eliminate the need for a separate bed, also brings elegant style to your living room and blends well with any home décor.
