Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! This couch is very sturdy yet very comfortable. I think this soft fabric will last a while. It’s a very beautiful color. Silver like. The space under the Chase lounge is soul Roomie. I was able to get the sheets for the king size Bed, and a nice big king size pillow in side the storage space. Plus various throw blankets and pillows as well. I would say so far.
