THIS COUCH IS SO GREAT! The black velvet like material is super soft is nice and the shape is very unique. The couch is a firmer type of couch so if you do get it, just know it’s not those ultra plush it provides more support. The only downfall I will say about it is that the cushion does not come apart from the couch so everything is all one part that helps keep the stainless lines. The only other negative thing is there is a bit of what it looks like glue on the golden part that’s left a very weird residue mark in the manufacturing but other than that, I’d say I’m generally happy with the results. I would’ve definitely given this four stars if the golden accent wasn’t messed up on a berry noticeable point on the couch, but it’s not worth the effort of calling to get it traded back in.. Lisa. Nice couch, iffy workmanship. First, I want to highlight the issues. The logistics and delivery of the couch were a nightmare. I have never had so many problems with trying to get something delivered, including the time it took and the fact that they kept losing the couch in the warehouse. Suspect. When I finally got it delivered I proceeded to assemble the couch...no instructions but its pretty intuitive. The hardest part was getting the arms on alone. Mission accomplished. I sit on the couch for the first time and the right arms slide outward a little. This is disconcerting because Im worried about long-term use. So I flip the couch and wrestle the arm off thinking I may not have connected it properly. But that wasnt the case, the problem was the bracket was missing a screw. So I found one that fit only to find out then female receptor wasnt deep enough for the screw. I contacted Wayfair. After a few calls and some pics sent they offered 75 off the price. I wanted it repaired, and I didnt want to return it because it was now out of stock and I liked the couch in general. I used some wood screws to better secure the bracket it helped but there was still some bowing. I ordered legs that look exactly like the originals and put them on the main part of the couch. Problem solved the couch doesnt move when I sit down. Now the rest. The couch is beautiful and comfortable. Outside of the issues, Im glad I stuck with it and solved my issue. The colour and fabric on this sofa are to die for. It is such a beautiful, rich green. Assembly was super easy and it fits the space perfectly. The downside is that it is quite firm, and may not suit everybodys tastes. If you were looking for a super soft, comfy couch, this is not it. It does also fold down into a sofa, bed, but again, due to the firm nature, it is not a very comfortable place to sleep. First, we really like the look of the couch! I wasnt sure what the fabric would be like, it's basically velvet, so our dogs nails still scratch it up.
