This couch is very comfortable and attractive. It was also fairly easy to convert into the bed option. AND the bed is surprisingly comfortable. Not always the case with a convertible beds. The hardware package was unopened but, there were three assembly screws out of eight missing (they are being ordered). I have had the chair for about two weeks now and am pleased with the quality, the assembly and the comfort as a chair, when laid out as a bed (which is a cinch) it is not as comfortable as expected. I needed a small pull-out sofa for a home office/guest room. The couch is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The height is perfect and the cushions are pretty stuffed. The fabric is a bit rough, but I was limited in options due to size constraints in the room. It came a bit stained in some areas, but Customer Service was beyond helpful and responsive.
