The couch is soft and cozy. Pretty easy to put together on your own and lightweight. It comes with pads, which makes it easy to move around. It’s a great couch and value for the price. It should be against a wall it is covered with upholstery on the back, but it does not connect and there are little flaps that over lap where it connects. It’s very comfortable, it didn’t take long to assemble, and the fabric is soft. It’s not a primary couch, but it does get used almost daily. I had some shipping issues where half of it went three states past our home, and the box was in rough shape. Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see.
