This ottoman arrived very well pal he’s, I was worried it would be in a huge box and hard to carry, but the box was slender and not very heavy. The poofy part was well vacuum sealed and fluffed up IMMEDIATELY. There weren’t any weird smells and super easy to assemble. Essentially just screwed on the legs and attached the poofy part to the Velcro strips.
