Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. I took away a star (probably should have been two) because the directions and design are terrible. Connecting the power cords were self-explanatory, but the way the left and right pieces connect together was a huge miss and overkill. and the directions were even worse. Surely you could have done a better job at writing some simple directions or with the connection design. I have put pieces like this together with my eyes closed, but following these directions, the bolts were upside down, and I had to take everything apart and start over. I bought this couch in the gray leather and I love it. It’s the perfect size for my room. I am 5’8 and the seat depth is perfect. I strongly suggest purchasing this couch for the price and quality. I have owned it for almost a year, and the cushions are still pretty firm and the leather is breaking in nicely. Construction is okay. If you have teenagers, I would tell them not to flip down on the seats or sit in the arms. The couch is half leather, half faux leather. I bought this couch and chair (see photo). It is great! I am a bit perplexed whether or not this set will last. I am 5'5" and I can lay on the sofa ok. Both pieces are comfortable. It is the look that I was going for. I need to figure out what to do if I need to replace the cushions for I think they will need to be replaced at some point. The bottom cushions I have to keep on pushing back, even though there is Velcro they still move outwards when sitting down and getting up. Very tedious in putting together. The muted dark gray color of this sofa is my favorite thing about it. The fabric is also really soft and pretty seems like it will be really easy to clean! It is a manual recliner which I actually don’t mind- no annoying chords or electrical issues!
