Love this couch. Especially the mustard yellow color. It is firm but comfortable. It sets up easily. I did it by myself. When the big box comes, it is a little overwhelming, but just opened it up and do it piece by piece and follow the instructions. I set it up in about 45 minutes by myself. My only complaint is that if you sit down quickly, you can hear a metal “clink” where the side pieces fit together with the bottom. I've had this in my office for the past four years. It has held up surprisingly well. People visiting my office for the first time constantly tell me how pretty and comfortable this loveseat is. It has a nice, cozy vibe. It does look a little sloppier with age - the fabric starts to wrinkle and slip a bit - but it just gets more and more cozy. There was, however, a pet-related incident a while back in which I discovered that this sofa is, unfortunately, very difficult to clean.
