It is very easy to assemble. While sitting on it, it is firm which I like it. Little disappoint is, it's small in width in sense of sit position. As for example I have other brand sofa almost in the same price range. It has more sit room and space back rest in position but this new one seems to be tightly on this case. Bought this for my RV. Easy to assemble but you really need two! A tad firm but comfortable. I’m 5’4”, 139 lbs. and it’s the perfect size for me to sleep on.
