i never experienced this worst by shopping on wayfair, until this purchase. the quality is way behind and poor, the return has became nightmare, unable to find a boxes to fit in the sofa as some of the parts were comperssed. and i have to pay for the pick up which is cost around $70, and get spend extra money to buy the boxes and tape..
