Very nice! This was my first purchase from wayfair and a rather large one so I was really nervous but I love it. It is firm, not “cloud” like but I find it very comfortable, fabric is soft, it feels heavy and solid. Very soft and firm couch. Easy to assemble. Took me and husband about an hour. The instructions were straight forward but the couch came in 7 boxes and they didn’t the piece that goes with box 1 in it. So i had to search for the end piece (which was in box 6).
