It’s okay. It was easy to remove from packaging and it is indeed 12”. My partner seems to really enjoy it, but I find it way too firm. It’s described as medium…..but it feels much firmer than that…to me at least. Oh well. Im a side sleeper who prefers a medium-firm mattress. I tested this mattress and found it to be a good fit for my needs. It offered excellent support for my hips and shoulders and didnt cause any pressure points. I also appreciate that it has good edge support and minimal motion transfer.
