Maybe this is a me problem since I didn’t think about it in advance but this mattress is extremely thick, which means standard sheets will not be able to reach over the top of tuck underneath it. The mattress is perfectly comfortable (I bought a twin size for my sons bed) but I’m now annoyed that I will have to buy all new sheets with deep pockets if I want to be able to tuck them in, which I like to do to have a clean look.. I just received this mattress today, and my first impression is very good. It expanded nicely after opening and looks exactly as described. The mattress feels supportive but still comfortable, with a good balance between softness and firmness. The edges also feel more stable than I expected. There was only a slight new-mattress smell after unboxing, but it was not strong and started fading quickly. So far, the quality looks great for the price. I ordered the 12-inch mattress, and Ill admit I was a little hesitant when I first unboxed it because it was still expanding.
