One small little cut, and the mattress unrolled itself, and then one more cut, and the mattress filled back up with air and was perfectly full and ready to go in seconds! I ordered the 12-inch mattress, and Ill admit I was a little hesitant when I first unboxed it because it was still expanding. However, after letting it sit for the full 48–72 hours, it fully expanded just as it was supposed to. As you can see in the picture with the bed frame, it looks great!
