I think this is a terrific mattress for the price. It looks and feels well-made and it's very comfortable, supportive, and soft to the touch. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats. I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. Just be aware you can feel springs if you’re not used to that and a topper might be desirable for daily use; this is a guest bedroom mattress for me and will work perfectly for that purpose. The mattress arrived in good condition and looked just like the pictures. The packaging was fine and it was easy to set up on the bed frame. The fabric looks clean and the mattress feels well made.
