I ordered the 14-inch King size hybrid mattress. The box was mutilated upon delivery and re-taped. However, the way the mattress was wrapped tightly in a thick plastic, the mattress was not disturbed. I will warn you this type of mattress being a hybrid, when you unseal the plastic, will fly abruptly open and I would highly recommend opening it up in the room you plan on setting it up, especially a king size. The first night wasnt good for me. Luckily, I gave it another night and I did so because the mattress really felt comfortable. I guess your body knows that something is different and I am a very light sleeper. After a week of sleeping on the mattress I am really pleased, so is my husband. We dont overheat as our last mattress was all foam and would retain heat amongst being a little too stiff. I will say that the material on the bottom of this mattress is not the same great quality as the rest. Absolutely terrible. No support, definitely not medium firm. Sides collapse to 6 when sitting on it. Worst mattress weve ever had.
