This is a great mattress for the price! It arrived wrapped really tightly and unfurled quite quickly. So I suggest placing it on the bed framebox spring before unwrapping. The package came with a tool for cutting the plastic safely so opening it was easy. We gave it the full 72 hours before using it and as you can see by the pictures, it came out great. The mattress was easy to unpack, there is an outer package and the actually mattress is vacuumed sealed with instructions of how to unroll it safely. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size.
