I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. I was skeptical but it’s great quality and SO comfortable! I first bought one for my younger son a few months ago and just bought this one for his older sibling. It’s comfier than my expensive mattress! The first order from a few months ago said to let it fully firm up for 24hrs or more but when I got this one it said it only needs 60 seconds.
