The packaging was very compact and easy to set up. Firm as advertised. It will take awhile for it to break in I think, but I can’t really take away on the review for that. I was skeptical but it’s great quality and SO comfortable! I first bought one for my younger son a few months ago and just bought this one for his older sibling. It’s comfier than my expensive mattress! The first order from a few months ago said to let it fully firm up for 24hrs or more but when I got this one it said it only needs 60 seconds. I would say it’s true that it puffs up to almost full size within seconds but I recommend letting it fully expand for 2-3 hours before laying on it just in case.. Chrisy. Pennsylvania. I've been sleeping on this mattress for many months now and can confidently say that is has been a great experience. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress.
