Works well, but Wayfair botched the delivery. I paid extra for the haul away of the old fridge and upon arrival, I was told there was a "technical issue" and the movers didn't have that order so now I've got to deal with getting rid of the old one. it is very roomy. a little noisy - is a comment on this. not hooking it for ice, will need to request a plug where filter would go and turn ice off ( way in back of freezer). watch temp- freezes at 40!. Diane. New Ashford, MA. Wed May 13 2026

Enjoy a best-in-class freshness system, the revolutionary FarmFresh System features four innovative freshness technologies that keep your food fresh up to 3x longer. The fridge is very sleek and well laid out to maximize the small space. Definitely has a few cons - the drawers feel flimsy. The middle freezer drawer tends to get stuck and we have to lift the other drawers to get it to go back in. It seems with how well thought out most of the fridge is, they could have invested more in the drawers.. Inna. US. Tue Oct 22 2024

Although my repairman told me not to order a Samsung refrigerator, I did anyway because I liked the product. I purchased an extended warranty. After speaking to several people who have owned Samsung products, I was assured that they have all had great experiences with this company. I love the beverage center and two size options for ice. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was not sure how we would like moving from the pull out bottom freezer to a door freezer, but it was such a big upgrade. We've opted to use the variable bottom right side as extra fridge space, but we could go either way. For a counter depth, it is very roomy and the interior lighting makes it hard not to constantly want to open the doors and look in. We did not know about the easy access door on the top when we bought it, but it has been a game changer. My wife and I love it so much and I highly recommend.. Tagway. Moseley, VA. Sun Sep 06 2026

I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints.
