That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. And the price was more than 50% cheaper than other glass front refrigerators I won’t lie to say it was a bit challenging to order but with the right appliance store and a very friendly Samsung bot named Theresa - it was definitely worth it!! The cooling always feels on the mark. It seems so much larger inside with the separation of the beverage drawer and the large pockets in the doors for condiments and dressings. This refrigerator is awesome. I love the middle drawer which is perfect for snacks and beverages. I also love the quick access outer door making it easy to retrieve juices, milk and creamer without opening the entire refrigerator. The freezer is large and I can easily see everything I have instead of having to move everything around to find what I need. The best feature is the scanning capabilities, allowing me to scan any product I need making my grocery list a breeze. The list transfers to my app on my phone. No more forgetting or buying double. I would have given it a 5 Star, but there are two things it is lacking. First is the ice maker. I use a lot of ice and this ice maker can keep up with everyday use, however, it is not enough for parties. Also the ice/water dispenser plate at the bottom of the refrigerator should have never passed quality control. The stamping were double stamped, leaving indentations which will eventually lead to possible rust and just looks terrible. I need to contact GE for a replacement part. Overall I do love it!. I love how it’s fit into its cabinetry space while still offering spacious storage within. The stainless finish is amazing. Its 4 doors integrates separate piles of groceries, leftovers, beverages, and frozen stuff with ease, and I have no more a cluttered fridge. The old fridge we got with the home was small with less space and is aesthetically dull. The freezer was easy to use and simple with a spacious layout, while the access drawers allow a simple retrieval of frozen items with no sticking needed. In an addition to all the other functions, it does run quietly, which is an asset in our open style house. the lights are bright but not blinding, and the adjustable a door shape is a great feature. The design, efficiency, and smart details all scream for this refrigerator. like you see my kids had a blast putting all their travel magnet collection over it already, and we still got ample space for more to add later. This refrigerator is seriously impressive, especially if you’re a little bit of a techie and appreciate appliances that do more than just sit there keeping the milk cold. First, the counter-depth design works beautifully in our kitchen. It gives that clean, built-in look without sticking halfway into the room, but somehow the interior still feels surprisingly roomy. I was prepared to sacrifice storage for the sleeker profile, and so far, I don’t feel like I did. The Beverage Center may be my favorite feature. Having filtered water tucked neatly inside keeps the exterior clean, and the entire setup just feels thoughtfully designed. Add the dual ice maker, Family Hub, AI features, and all the smart functionality, and there’s plenty here for those of us who enjoy technology perhaps a little more than necessary. I also love the charcoal glass and stainless combination. It’s modern without looking overly futuristic, and it works perfectly with the clean look I wanted for the kitchen. Now here’s where Samsung caused a problem. I liked this refrigerator so much that I went back and started replacing the other appliances to match the Bespoke lineup. A new gas range and AI dishwasher will soon be joining it. Was that the original plan? Absolutely not. Apparently the refrigerator initiated a full kitchen appliance restructuring. At this price point, this is obviously an investment, so I’m not handing out five stars because the screen is pretty. For me, it’s the combination of counter-depth proportions, usable interior space, Beverage Center, smart features, and overall design that makes the price easier to justify. Long-term reliability will ultimately determine whether Samsung keeps me this enthusiastic. But right now? Would I add this to cart? This one is about as solid as I have seen in the last 10 years. If I had an criticism, it is that the small snack drawers are about useless except for cheese sticks, the ice drawers is built where you cannot get it out without spilling ice everywhere, and it really doesn't need two ice makers.. This refrigerator is fabulous !! So much room. And the little add ons..... an easy to reach snack drawer for the Grandkids, sliding shelves to accommodate taller items, BIG sturdy door shelves, easy to access freezer with a top sliding drawer (love) and ........whats this .......another drawer between the freezer and refrigerated top.....its an extra refrigerated drawer..... , NO....its an extra freezer door....wait......it can be EITHER What kind of refrigerator madness is this !! And I didnt even get to talk about the waterice features. Would most certainly recommend this refrigerator to anyone. Am considering sending out invitations to my Friends to come visit it lol..
