I like the Design, Spacious Interior, and Quiet Operation. After comparing several counter-depth refrigerators, I decided to purchase the LG STUDIO SRFB27S3, and I'm very happy with my decision. The biggest surprise was how spacious the interior is. Even though it's a counter-depth model, the storage capacity is excellent. The shelf layout is well designed, making it easy to organize groceries, large containers, and beverages without feeling cramped. The design is another standout feature. The clean, modern look fits perfectly in our kitchen, and the PrintProof stainless steel finish does a great job resisting fingerprints, making it easy to keep clean. Performance has also been excellent. The refrigerator cools quickly, maintains a consistent temperature, and operates very quietly. We hardly notice it's running. The ThinQ app is a nice bonus, allowing me to monitor the refrigerator remotely. The only adjustment was getting used to the internal water dispenser and ice maker. At first, I preferred an external dispenser, but after using it for a while, I actually appreciate the cleaner appearance and the extra storage space inside. Overall, this refrigerator offers an excellent combination of style, functionality, and performance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium counter-depth refrigerator with a surprisingly spacious interior. Lastly, the delivery servicemen were very professional. I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. There's plenty of room and I like the layout of the shelves and drawers. It's easy to find the drinks and condiments since they stay on the door shelves. The fridge has multiple drawers to fit all my produce and cheese. I was able to adjust one shelf so that large items like my pot of soup would be able to fit on the shelf. The pull out freezer also gives lots of space but I don't use the top pull out drawer or ice maker in the freezer. This is because it's kind of a hassle to open and I would forget what I put in there if I used it. The outside of the fridge stays very clean looking and I'm glad there are no smudges. The doors open easier than my old fridge and close easier too. The fridge is very quiet compared to my old fridge. I like the simple look of the front without having an ice maker or screen. This side by side refrigerator is great! I cannot say enough good things about it. It has all good features and then some. I can have more than 1 type of ice on demand and of course cold water. The refrigerator interior as well as freezer interior are both so spacious you definitely don't have to worry about storage room. Oh! The 2nd shelf down can pull out and slide under the back in case you have something tall to place on the 3rd shelf down. The refrigerator fits in the space we had really well and looks great! I'll include pictures. There's a big thing I wanted to mention though, and that's the fact that you can use your PHONE to change settings or check it etc. How cool is that? Just use a simple App in your phone. I guess I can say this is just another reason why we've always stuck with Samsung. So far, so good. We wanted a 48” built-in fridge to replace our 24-year-old GE Monogram. Looked for one with size and reliability being most important. Did not want bells & whistles, so this one was as close as we could get. Wish we could have purchased it without the huge ice maker that we very rarely use and without internet connectivity. Shelves are a tiny bit less deep than the last refrigerator, but it’s not too much of a problem. It’s working, keeps the food safe, and is very attractive.
