I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. But I also didn’t want to compromise on storage space, so this 25 cu ft fridge was the perfect compromise. I can open the fridge and fill it too! I am also electrifying my house while slowly moving in, so the AI energy saving feature helps me lower energy consumption when I don’t need it to work hard, better understand how my fridge usage effects my total electricity use, and helps me control it more efficiently. The All-Around cooling is something I have been very impressed by, both with the Samsung fridge at my old apartment as well as this one: it cools the fridge evenly and I have not seen any condensation or ice buildup on either the freezer or the fridge compartments. Connecting to the SmartThings app was a breeze, and I love being able to change settings on my phone and not have to open the door, and it tells me if the door is open or closed! I went with this bottle because my wonderful dogs had figured out how to get ice and water out of my old refrigerators. This is fantastic. I’ll refrigerators have to do the basics, store, enough, the easy to clean, make it easy to get to the food… But for some reason this one seems to do it better. Highly recommend.
