I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. We've had the fridge for three weeks. Overall, we're pleased. The items in the fridge are easy to view, less so in the freezer, but it keeps to temperature with variations (colder in the back than the front) as expected. It took three days for it to produce ice. As a two-person family, we exhaust the icemaker daily - it really doesn't keep up to our daily needs so we use a bin to supplement our needs with bagged ice. Although my repairman told me not to order a Samsung refrigerator, I did anyway because I liked the product. I purchased an extended warranty. After speaking to several people who have owned Samsung products, I was assured that they have all had great experiences with this company. I love the beverage center and two size options for ice. This is, by far, the best refrigerator I have ever had. And that’s saying a lot because I’ve had a bunch of them. I went with this bottle because my wonderful dogs had figured out how to get ice and water out of my old refrigerators. This is fantastic. I thought I would miss the convenience but I actually love, the ice and the water pitcher. I’ll refrigerators have to do the basics, store, enough, the easy to clean, make it easy to get to the food… But for some reason this one seems to do it better. Highly recommend.
