The only down side is that the 30” wide is not entirely accurate. You need 31.5” if the fridge is going into a corner, to allow the doors to fully open, which you need to pull the bottom drawer out. so far it is keeping cold. the freezer space is cut down with the extra ice maker,if i leave it off and use the extra room, i am in fear that the ice may not start working again. i really like it,but it might not start working if it is left off to long. so i have been informed by LG. We had our LG refrigerator/freezer for five years now and it has performed well. The only issue that I had was very recent. The freezer drain line became clogged where it sits in the drain pan and had to remove the back panel to access it and flush/wash it out. I put it back on and restarted the appliance.
