We love this for clean look and functionality! The clever drinking pitcher that refills its self is perfect for my family and the center drawer is my favorite for all those packaged foods like cheese and lunch meat… we have an issue with the refillable pitcher not working after having guests over? My family LOVES this refrigerator! It has a lighted inside back panel, a push button easy access door, a snackwine drawer, and super deep freezer drawer. It was difficult to get inside due to how large it is but, it was sooo worth the time! Personally, I love the door alarm because of my children who forget to shut the door.. Genevieve. It's a pretty fridge, but the ERR code won't go away after I replaced the H2O filter. I used a GE specific filter as suggested, tried shutting off power, reinstalled filter 3 x's. At one point, I thought I had one the battle but as soon as I reinstalled the condiment shelf, the ERR came back!!! Right now, I HATE MY 6 MONTH OLD FRIDGE! Help.... Caitev. NJ. Sat Apr 25 2026

This is a great fridge. We replaced an older model because there are a lot of good features. I love the new door-in-door to grab milk or a couple of door items! Very clever and feels energy efficient. The wide drawer is now separate from the main fridge which is good. More space. The water pitcher built into the door is an interesting idea, but we just take out the pitcher to use it; otherwise you’re just wasting energy either way the door open. This refrigerator is awesome. I love the middle drawer which is perfect for snacks and beverages. I also love the quick access outer door making it easy to retrieve juices, milk and creamer without opening the entire refrigerator. The freezer is large and I can easily see everything I have instead of having to move everything around to find what I need. The best feature is the scanning capabilities, allowing me to scan any product I need making my grocery list a breeze. The list transfers to my app on my phone. No more forgetting or buying double. I would have given it a 5 Star, but there are two things it is lacking. First is the ice maker. I use a lot of ice and this ice maker can keep up with everyday use, however, it is not enough for parties. Also the ice/water dispenser plate at the bottom of the refrigerator should have never passed quality control. The stamping were double stamped, leaving indentations which will eventually lead to possible rust and just looks terrible. I need to contact GE for a replacement part. Overall I do love it!. It keeps my veggies and fruits surprisingly fresh, and I love the multiple ice options (crushed, cubed, etc.) along with the adjustable water temperature settings. We absolutely love this refrigerator. Seems like a unicorn among refrigerators in this price range if I am honest, whoever designed it is awesome. It holds temperature very well. It's quiet and we never got any significant frost in the freezer. The shelving is well designed and we really appreciate the interior lighting. It's more roomy than many others we have experienced (even with the same dimensions). Sadly we left this unit in the house we sold since we were moving across the country and the realtor said we should leave it. We ARE buying a new one for the new house. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. Love the style and very roomy. Grandkids love the fact it shows them how many ounces of water they are drinking and it not only helps them, but grandma make sure she is drinking enough. Love that it has the door in door and I am able to put drinks and not have to open the entire door. Did have an issue when the temperature went up and and it seemed like it took hours for it to cool down again. I also don't like the fact the ice cubes stick ALOT and I have to open and shake the container. Also don't like the noise level.
