We love this for clean look and functionality! The clever drinking pitcher that refills its self is perfect for my family and the center drawer is my favorite for all those packaged foods like cheese and lunch meat… we have an issue with the refillable pitcher not working after having guests over? It's a pretty fridge, but the ERR code won't go away after I replaced the H2O filter. I used a GE specific filter as suggested, tried shutting off power, reinstalled filter 3 x's. At one point, I thought I had one the battle but as soon as I reinstalled the condiment shelf, the ERR came back!!! Right now, I HATE MY 6 MONTH OLD FRIDGE! Help.... Caitev. NJ. Sat Apr 25 2026

Loving this refrigerator so far. I do want to let people know that it won't produce ice until 24 hours is up. Don't panic like I did. Set up the refrigerator to be online and get everything like you want it BEFORE you install the app on your phone. I did the app first and added my fridge, and then the shopping list wasn't an option. I removed it after I set the fridge up, and reinstalled it and there it was. FYI-Camera inside isn't real-time. It keeps my veggies and fruits surprisingly fresh, and I love the multiple ice options (crushed, cubed, etc.) along with the adjustable water temperature settings. This refrigerator replaced a 22 year old Artica GE Side by Side. I had kept the Artica going for all these years, but got tired of the defrost heater burning out what I consider to be too often? I purchased OEM one's, but the last one lasted about 14 months and it was a GE one. Don't know why they don't last any better? Anyway said goodbye to the old girl that served us pretty well for those 22 years. The ice maker had failed and had developed an internal leak I could not find and fix, so we lived without that for several of it's last years. Now, this new one is HUGE at 28.3 The old one was about 25 cu. ft. Actually, I hated the dark tunnel of the Artica Side by Side. Could not find things back in there! This new one is great from that standpoint with the lighted back panel, you can see everything in there. Like the convertible part and the drawers in the freezer section. I've read that the ice makers in GE refrigerators are troublesome compared to other brands? I hope it is trouble free, but all of that is unknown just after purchase and setup. The old Artica was built like a tank. The shelving was sturdy. This new one has shelving and door trays that are a bit less robust. I hope they stand up as well as the old Profile Artica? Whether I can get 22 years out of this new one is debatable, but at my age, if I get 10, I probably won't really care......................... Anoka Countytornado. Twin Cities Suburb In Minnesota. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. This is a great fridge. We replaced an older model because there are a lot of good features. I love the new door-in-door to grab milk or a couple of door items! Very clever and feels energy efficient. The wide drawer is now separate from the main fridge which is good. More space. The water pitcher built into the door is an interesting idea, but we just take out the pitcher to use it; otherwise you’re just wasting energy either way the door open. We absolutely love this refrigerator. Seems like a unicorn among refrigerators in this price range if I am honest, whoever designed it is awesome. It holds temperature very well. It's quiet and we never got any significant frost in the freezer. The shelving is well designed and we really appreciate the interior lighting. It's more roomy than many others we have experienced (even with the same dimensions). Sadly we left this unit in the house we sold since we were moving across the country and the realtor said we should leave it. We ARE buying a new one for the new house. My family LOVES this refrigerator! It has a lighted inside back panel, a push button easy access door, a snackwine drawer, and super deep freezer drawer. Love the style and very roomy. Grandkids love the fact it shows them how many ounces of water they are drinking and it not only helps them, but grandma make sure she is drinking enough. Love that it has the door in door and I am able to put drinks and not have to open the entire door. Did have an issue when the temperature went up and and it seemed like it took hours for it to cool down again. I also don't like the fact the ice cubes stick ALOT and I have to open and shake the container. Also don't like the noise level.
