We have an older home, and even with installing new kitchen cabinets, the fridge space remained tight. Our last Fridge last 13 years, and we just got tired with how much it stuck out from the cabinets and encroached on our space. This fridge fixes it all. Looks great, fits like it's "custom" and the zero clearance means we could maximize the width. It is also surprisingly spacious inside for a counter depth model. Super happy with our purchase. I like the Design, Spacious Interior, and Quiet Operation. After comparing several counter-depth refrigerators, I decided to purchase the LG STUDIO SRFB27S3, and I'm very happy with my decision. The biggest surprise was how spacious the interior is. Even though it's a counter-depth model, the storage capacity is excellent. The shelf layout is well designed, making it easy to organize groceries, large containers, and beverages without feeling cramped. The design is another standout feature. The clean, modern look fits perfectly in our kitchen, and the PrintProof stainless steel finish does a great job resisting fingerprints, making it easy to keep clean. Performance has also been excellent. The refrigerator cools quickly, maintains a consistent temperature, and operates very quietly. We hardly notice it's running. The ThinQ app is a nice bonus, allowing me to monitor the refrigerator remotely. The only adjustment was getting used to the internal water dispenser and ice maker. At first, I preferred an external dispenser, but after using it for a while, I actually appreciate the cleaner appearance and the extra storage space inside. Overall, this refrigerator offers an excellent combination of style, functionality, and performance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium counter-depth refrigerator with a surprisingly spacious interior. Lastly, the delivery servicemen were very professional. I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. It took three days for it to produce ice. As a two-person family, we exhaust the icemaker daily - it really doesn't keep up to our daily needs so we use a bin to supplement our needs with bagged ice. Loving this refrigerator so far. I do want to let people know that it won't produce ice until 24 hours is up. Don't panic like I did. Set up the refrigerator to be online and get everything like you want it BEFORE you install the app on your phone. I did the app first and added my fridge, and then the shopping list wasn't an option. I removed it after I set the fridge up, and reinstalled it and there it was. FYI-Camera inside isn't real-time.
