Overall, very good refridgerator with only a minor insignificant flaw. That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. So far, so good. We wanted a 48” built-in fridge to replace our 24-year-old GE Monogram. Looked for one with size and reliability being most important. Did not want bells & whistles, so this one was as close as we could get. Wish we could have purchased it without the huge ice maker that we very rarely use and without internet connectivity. Shelves are a tiny bit less deep than the last refrigerator, but it’s not too much of a problem. It’s working, keeps the food safe, and is very attractive. This is a great fridge. We replaced an older model because there are a lot of good features. I love the new door-in-door to grab milk or a couple of door items! Very clever and feels energy efficient. The wide drawer is now separate from the main fridge which is good. More space. The water pitcher built into the door is an interesting idea, but we just take out the pitcher to use it; otherwise you’re just wasting energy either way the door open. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints.
