Very satisfied and happy with this purchase. Fit and finish is 1st class. Door alignment, caster function, and included trim kit are what one expects from Italian manufacturing. I ride Ducati motorcycles. Live alone, so no need for a refrigerator with massive storage volume, nor the wasted space an ice maker takes up, nor access through the door. Such a clean look with thermostat viewing only. Counter depth of course is what I like most. Got this GE fridge to replace an old GE Profile that finally died. Loved that fridge! This is level down, due to not wanting to spend so much money. It was delivered today, so not sure about the actual function. Few things though that your engineers or designers should think about. My husband is very handy and decided to hookup the water line himself. Problem is the piece that you have to insert the copper water line to is very short, and initially leaked. Also, on door with water/ice, the shelf maybe should have a well built there to catch dripping water or any excess ice. Just 2 initial thoughts so far. I'm hoping to love this one as much as I did my old one... we'll have to see. Quick update: yes, you need to add a well or lip to ice/water fixture. I went to try out the ice 2 days later, it grinned for at least a minute before actually dispensing ice, then it shot out like a bat. Had ice all over the floor due to my glass not being able to hold the amount dispensed. I'm not sure what the problem or answer is.. Lucypearl289. New Jersey. Fri Aug 21 2026

Although my repairman told me not to order a Samsung refrigerator, I did anyway because I liked the product. I purchased an extended warranty. After speaking to several people who have owned Samsung products, I was assured that they have all had great experiences with this company. I love the beverage center and two size options for ice. The cooling is great and easy to use. The dispenser is awesome and can fill large water bottles. It appears to be an efficient model, however, it would have been great if it was an energy star refrigerator. The icemaking is great and allows crushed and large ice cubes, however, it does get used a lot and needs time to fill back up. The organization is great. I wish there was more storage. The only issue is the wheels made the length longer and required us to fix the cupboards to allow for the fit.. Yoli26. NM. Sat Aug 22 2026
