This sweeper is just as I thought it would be. You can adjust the height for the carpet that you have, it is not overpowering when it comes to the noise or the sound that comes from it. I had this Bissell before and loved it. My son accidentally threw it out. I had to get another. I have two Aussies and three cats. My other one had a retractable cord and this one didn’t. I love this thing! Easy to use and works so well!! I’ve already cleaned multiple rugs and our bedroom carpet and it looks so much better! It dries really quick on the quick clean mode.
