The vacuum has amazing suction, and I love all the filters to minimize dust. I also love having all the tools on the vacuum for easy access and less likely to lose them. I also love having a bag that neatly tucks inside and makes for easy clean disposal. It has one function that doesn’t work for me, it takes off without you. I forgot the technical term. I had two spine surgeries and every time I pull back it pulls forward which kills my back. It’s not the vacuums fault. this is such a beautiful looking hand vacuum that I am afraid to use it. i have not been able to hang on the wall yet but have tried it and it does the job. I’m converting from an upright to a canister vacuum, so I’ve had to change my technique in how I vacuum the house. Instead of starting at one end of the room and then stepping backward to make the next path as I’ve always done with an upright, that way just doesn’t work for a few reasons, but to keep this brief, instead I now pick a section of the room to start (my rooms are small to average in size at only 1100 sq feet total), so it’s usually towards the center of the room where I position the canister vacuum and begin a starburst pattern. I keep the canister vacuum relatively in the same spot, until I am ready to begin in another section. This way there is less moving of the canister vacuum. Now the hose and handle are quite long when combined on the Kenmore canister vacuum, not to mention sturdy, so I only reposition 2 or 3 times in my smaller-size rooms, and I’m done in that room. Pros are, it gets under furniture much easier than an upright, hands down, and it is quieter. A bonus of this machine is you can control the suction, and therefore that is done with changing the speed of the motor, so if you can do light cleaning at a lower suction and not feel like your waking the entire house., The noise level drops dramatically. For me, this alone seals the deal on this cleaning machine. I also liked that all the tools are stored on the body of the vacuum and covered, so they’re not getting knocked off, and I’m not having to constantly run to the closet to dig through a bag of parts looking for the right attachment. All full size vacuums should follow Kenmore ways of thinking and designing vacuum cleaners in my opinion. Even though I found my work around in my style of vacuuming, it is a bit more difficult to carry around, a bit bulky, but I am not at all regretting my purchase of a canister vac, and I highly recommend the option pop and go bagged canister vacuum by Kenmore. I think it does just as good, if not better, of a job than vacuums two or three times higher in price. It’s built sturdy, which makes it a little heavier, but I expect it to last for many, many years. I suggest you give this vacuum a test yourself and see if you agree. Oh I almost forgot, one last thing I think you should know, it seems to pick up dog hair on hard surfaces better than upright models that I’ve vacuumed with in the past.. Thomas. Palm Springs, CA. Its size is just right. This little robot gets in and around my dining room table and chairs, which is an area that my other robot vacuum couldn't do without having to remove the chairs. The roller-style mopping system does a much better job cleaning my floors then the vibration mop on my other robot. As for the vacuum system, I have five dogs, and the hair is a problem, but this vacuum system seems to be handling it just fine, whereas my older robot had difficulty with clogs and hair winding up in the rollers. I just got it today. I never had any disappointment purchasing from Wayfair at all until today. Wayfair should not pass this type of product into your North American market at all. This vacuum cleaner should be cater to a dollar store, NOT for Wayfair clientele ! Wayfair’s quality control should revisit and review your quality policies especially for this product. This is a great little vacuum. I use it as a second vacuum for use as a light duty shop vac and quick cleanup duty. I love my little Henry vacuum! It's like cleaning with Thomas and Friends and does a great job. I actually had to retrain myself how to vacuum because it only takes a light touch compared to the force I had to put behind my upright vacuum (which was considered lightweight at the time I bought it 5 years ago). The bags last for several cleanings and the tools are all very easy to use. The fact that it has a happy face makes cleaning a bit less of a chore, too! :) I recommend this vacuum, as I have noticed a significant decline in allergies when I use it. With my old upright bagless vac, I would cough and sneeze for a solid day after cleaning.
