I’ve been using it for about a year, and it has never left me wishing for more. * the pads which come with the unit wash up very well in the washing machine. * the water tank is small, but I am able to clean approximately 800 square feet without needing to refill with water. * I use filtered water from my fridge with no problems. * the steamer works very well. Well this definitely is light weight. You can see the first time usage and I have alot of dirt already in the canister so it sucking power is very good. I gave it a four because it is not a quiet vacuum nor can it clean carpets as well like I was told from the customer service. Representative. Do not get this vacuum if you have high carpet or shag. Used the mop method for the 1st time. It does a pretty good job. Not like a hand mop but it does clean up sticky spills and picks up dirt left behind but the vacuum. Absolutely can’t beat this awesome little machine! Very intuitive and maps out the rooms all at its own. I love that I can start this wherever I am via the app tons of accessories. I also find it really cool that I don’t have to do all of the rooms in my house. I can just choose one and it goes. I have three dogs, and I can tell you they leave quite the mess all the time. Good vacuum and wayfair happened to have the cheapest price at the time I purchased this. Setup was fairly easy. Be sure your WiFi has 2.4 ghz capabilities or you will run into profile setting it up.
