I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. Other than that, I love it and it works so well especially cleaning up after 2 large dogs who shed a lot. (A Red Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain dog). The light on the vacuum is such a lifesaver.. you can see everything in your floor and while it’s horrifying seeing before vacuuming it’s also so so satisfying to see how great your floors look post vaccuming. Katie. Saint Petersburg, FL. Mon May 25 2026

The Bissell CrossWave® Edge Wet Dry Vacuum allows you to tackle vacuuming and mopping at once. Clean, sparkling floors have never been easier to achieve.

Very happy with this purchase. I am a gardener and do a lot of home canning. This results in a mixed mess of dirt and vegetable peels and skins and berries. I LOVE the part where only clean water is being used on the floor. I actually end up with CLEAN floors rather than just mostly clean because the water is getting dirty as it's being used. I also have two dogs and a cat and they are all heavy shedders. This handles their fur without issues. I also love the self clean of the brush and clean up is quick and easy. Just dump and rinse and let dry. I would love the option of a larger capacity water tank for larger cleaning tasks so only the dirty fill tank would have to be dumped mid job vs having to also refill the cleaning tank every time too.. I’m converting from an upright to a canister vacuum, so I’ve had to change my technique in how I vacuum the house. Instead of starting at one end of the room and then stepping backward to make the next path as I’ve always done with an upright, that way just doesn’t work for a few reasons, but to keep this brief, instead I now pick a section of the room to start (my rooms are small to average in size at only 1100 sq feet total), so it’s usually towards the center of the room where I position the canister vacuum and begin a starburst pattern. I keep the canister vacuum relatively in the same spot, until I am ready to begin in another section. This way there is less moving of the canister vacuum. Now the hose and handle are quite long when combined on the Kenmore canister vacuum, not to mention sturdy, so I only reposition 2 or 3 times in my smaller-size rooms, and I’m done in that room. Pros are, it gets under furniture much easier than an upright, hands down, and it is quieter. A bonus of this machine is you can control the suction, and therefore that is done with changing the speed of the motor, so if you can do light cleaning at a lower suction and not feel like your waking the entire house., The noise level drops dramatically. For me, this alone seals the deal on this cleaning machine. I also liked that all the tools are stored on the body of the vacuum and covered, so they’re not getting knocked off, and I’m not having to constantly run to the closet to dig through a bag of parts looking for the right attachment. All full size vacuums should follow Kenmore ways of thinking and designing vacuum cleaners in my opinion. Even though I found my work around in my style of vacuuming, it is a bit more difficult to carry around, a bit bulky, but I am not at all regretting my purchase of a canister vac, and I highly recommend the option pop and go bagged canister vacuum by Kenmore. I think it does just as good, if not better, of a job than vacuums two or three times higher in price. It’s built sturdy, which makes it a little heavier, but I expect it to last for many, many years. I suggest you give this vacuum a test yourself and see if you agree. Oh I almost forgot, one last thing I think you should know, it seems to pick up dog hair on hard surfaces better than upright models that I’ve vacuumed with in the past.. Thomas. Palm Springs, CA. BISSELL proudly supports the BISSELL Pet Foundation and its mission to help save homeless pets. When you buy a BISSELL product, you help save pets, too. I rarely write reviews, but after using the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Rewind Vacuum (model 27909), I felt compelled to sing its praises. If you live with pets and are constantly battling fur tumbleweeds and dander like I am, this vacuum is a total game changer. Let’s start with the setup—straight out of the box, assembly was super intuitive. Within minutes, I had it up and running without needing to glance at the instructions more than once. It’s lightweight but still feels sturdy, and the design is sleek and modern. It doesn’t scream “pet vacuum,” which I appreciate. Performance-wise, this thing is an absolute beast. I have two cats, and their fur gets everywhere—furniture, rugs, corners, hardwood floors, you name it. This vacuum doesn’t flinch. The suction is powerful, and the tangle-free brush roll is no joke. I’ve had vacuums in the past where pet hair would wrap around the brush and kill the motor or need constant cleaning. Not here. After several uses, there was zero tangling and barely any maintenance required. That alone deserves applause. One of my favorite features is the automatic cord rewind. It sounds minor, but it’s the kind of small convenience that makes cleaning feel less like a chore. Just push a button, and the cord zips away neatly—no more winding or wrangling cords. The swivel steering makes it super agile, even around table legs and tight spaces. Plus, the edge-to-edge cleaning is legit—it picks up debris right up to the wall, so you’re not left having to go back in with a handheld. The dust cup is easy to empty, and it doesn’t make a mess. I can vacuum my whole space in one go without having to stop and empty it multiple times. If I had to nitpick, I wish the vacuum were just a touch quieter—but honestly, with everything else it does right, that’s not a dealbreaker at all. Overall, I cannot recommend this vacuum enough to pet parents.. Megan. US. Wed Mar 26 2025

Simply swap accessories to handle a variety of cleaning tasks with ease. With its vibrant design and advanced technology, cleaning becomes simple, efficient, and elegant.

I’ll preface this review by acknowledging I’m a bit of a clean freak! I had a simple steam mop that worked well, but wanted a handheld steamer to tackle the tile and grout in my bathrooms, and keep them clean. I originally planned to purchase the Schenley handheld steamer but after looming at specs and reviews for the dual handheld and mop I decided to buy the dual model. I’m glad I did! The handheld is easy to use, powerful (be careful!) and did a great job cleaning the grout, tile, and shower door track in my bathroom. And the mop is so much better than my previous model. The steam is strong and powerful-it’s really important to be careful using it. It comes with a lot of attachments. I did ruin one of the grout cleaning brushes because I pressed down too hard..
