Wow! Talk about suction! This machine definitely has the power. I have an area rug and this vacuum picked dirt and dog hair up without spreading it. No dust particles floating in the air! I haven’t used it as of yet but I am so excited to get it unloaded and out of the box as soon as I get my carpet vacuumed really well furniture moved out and I’ll be off and cleaning with my new Hair Pro Pet Carpet Cleaner. I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. Other than that, I love it and it works so well especially cleaning up after 2 large dogs who shed a lot. (A Red Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain dog). So far, this upright "LiftOff" vacuum is working great. Pretty powerful from the start. Picked up a lot of what my older Bissell left behind. As an upright, cleaning just became easier for me. The smaller footprint makes controlling it so much better. Lifting the container off to clean stairs is perfect. Love that it can be used to vacuum both my staircases. No more full upright vac to get in the way of cleaning a small area. Very easy to assemble, too. Cord is longer than my older Bissell and that is a plus. Only disappointment, if any, is the extra attachments... they could be so much better... but at least this new vacuum works well with the older attachments. this steam mop works great. I have pets and teenagers so things get spilled regularly. It is easy to use and cleans the floors nicely. The pads are easy to remove and wash in the laundry. The only thing is, I wish the cord was just a little bit longer and that the reservoir for the water was a little bit bigger. Very happy with this purchase. I am a gardener and do a lot of home canning. This results in a mixed mess of dirt and vegetable peels and skins and berries. I LOVE the part where only clean water is being used on the floor. I actually end up with CLEAN floors rather than just mostly clean because the water is getting dirty as it's being used. I also have two dogs and a cat and they are all heavy shedders. This handles their fur without issues. I also love the self clean of the brush and clean up is quick and easy. Just dump and rinse and let dry. I would love the option of a larger capacity water tank for larger cleaning tasks so only the dirty fill tank would have to be dumped mid job vs having to also refill the cleaning tank every time too.. Vacuum cleaners!! We can’t seem to find what works best for us. But after much frustration and research we decided on this one. So far, so good. We’ve only used it a couple of times so far so I cannot speak to longevity or reliability, but it works well. It was easy to put together. The removable parts are easy to take off and put back on. We love the 30 foot cord. On our first use, it was unbelievable how much dirt and hair it picked up. It was kind of disgusting to think our floor was that bad. Also, the two things this model has that the other models of the same series doesn’t have is the LED lights, which really seems to help and also a handheld attachment which has a rotating brush. I don’t even remember seeing that in the write up but it will be perfect for upholstery and curtains. We’re happy that we gave this brand a try. Hopefully it will prove to be dependable.
