Fantastic device. This is our second as we love the other one Di much and, being lazy, wanted one for upstairs and one for downstairs. I do prefer the controls on the older version (also a Triflex) but like the new boost option. The most disappointing thing, and the reason for 4 not 5 stars is that it does not have the light on the brush which the older model does and is surprising useful!. Verified Buyer. Thu Sep 03 2026

This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas. Good suction, easy to clean, attachments are OK, they just slip on, but does the job. I found it to be on the heavy side and every so often you blast yourself with the hot air coming off it, so it can make you hot as you vacuum. More powerful than a cordless one, I found that vacuuming with this one seemed to go faster than my old canister vacuum. Hair does wrap around the brush. I would recommend this vacuum, but it might be too heavy to handle with more elderly people if lifting, pushing it is fine, nice swivel head and good power brush.. Anonymous. Halton Hills On. Really useful at a good price. I'm a single male senior living in a small condo with tile, carpet and wood floors. Run it most nights before bed in about 10 min and it does a good job on all surfaces. My neighbor has a similar vac that cost 3 times more, is heavier and doesn't clean any better.. Donald.
