Great out of the box! It wasn’t too complicated, which I was worried about, and the app is very easy to use to designate different areas and tell the vacuum where not to go. Easily ran the first vacuum and mop, and the floors were immediately much cleaner. Had to get a new one as my last one died after years of use. Like this one so so much better. Quieter - I can have it clean a room & go to sleep without it keeping me awake. Can go under my furniture. More thorough. I heard it but couldn’t find it and then it came out from behind my sofa & scared me. Didn’t expect that at all. Goes under my dressers & consoles. My last one couldn’t do that since it had this little radar thing on the top and it always stopped it from going under my sofa, chair or consoles. This one is so much quicker. Wish I could name rooms with my own labels & not use their pre-existing labels. Don’t have a playroom but that’s the only option for my extra room. I have mostly ceramic wood tile but it does the matrix clean - which is back & forth in all directions. It’s not an option. It just does it. Great upgrade. So much faster also. Used the mop method for the 1st time. It does a pretty good job. Not like a hand mop but it does clean up sticky spills and picks up dirt left behind but the vacuum. I actually enjoy this vacuum very much! The lights in the front are surprisingly bright, especially in the dark. I tend to be very fast so after maybe two times going over the same spot everything is picked up. I love that it’s super easy to clean and the attachments are great too! The convenience of removing it 3 different lengths is awesome; the handle, medium for hard to reach spot, and the brushes for the floors. My only complaint is the battery. I’ve been lucky to have it vacuum my entire home (~1250 sq ft) just before it dies but I’ve noticed it’s slowly decreasing with time. I do have 4 pets (2 dogs/2 cats) so it could be I’m wearing it out fast especially when vacuuming loose litter my cats tend to leave around lol Either way I’m really satisfied with the product all together..
