Was easy enough to put together, alone. It's exactly as pictured. I bought it to give my 5 hens somewhere to stay warm this winter. I did not however stop to think about how large my hens are and they will only get bigger. I should have read specs closer and bought bigger. My hens are one of the biggest breeds. Hopefully they will use it this winter. I covered the run to keep too much sun and rain off them. It's also connected to 2 other large runs. Vickie. Silver Springs, NV. Tue Oct 06 2026

Upgrade your backyard with this mobile 4-hen coop. Featuring 1.38" thick wood, wide metal wheels, and an easy-clean PVC liner, it offers a secure, durable, and fresh-air habitat for your flock.

Went together very easily. Also easy to move around. I am using it for my chicks until they are big enough to go with my hens. Currently have 6 8-week old chicks in there and it’s a bit crowded. Be mindful if getting for large hens. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the sliding door above where the ramp is (outside of the enclosed run) has no hardware cloth on it at all, and no lock to make sure it stays shut.. Anonymous. We're planning to raise four hens, and I love how elevated the coop is and that the windows can be fully opened. Assembly itself wasn't difficult, the most time-consuming part was gathering all the parts before getting started. Overall, the structure is sturdy. The built-in ramp allows chickens to move comfortably between areas, while the compact design fits well in backyards, patios, and garden spaces.

Easy to put together, parts are labeled, directions good. I only had to redo the hinges on lid, placing them somewhat higher than I had them in order for lid to close properly. Added an automatic door, the coop is spacious for my five hens, the roosting bars stay seated. I stapled two layers of strong plastic to roof for easy cleaning as they like to sit up there. The only part a little tricky was placement of the hinge on the left for roof, I wish the screw holes were marked better. I also set the coop on patio stones to protect the fir legs, the hens go under there sometimes.. Virginia. Tue Sep 15 2026

It is a little small for 4 chickens, but it arrived with no damage and was fairly easy to assemble. Took 2 of us less than hour. Didn't use the wheels as I am going to put it in one place and not move it around. To use as a tractor would definitely not be big enough for 4 chickens. Not sure how long it will last, but it does the job.. Russ George. Steamboat Springs, CO. Tue Jun 09 2026

If you are a backyard chicken keeper, you know the importance of a good coop. It needs to be safe, and sturdy, and provide ample space for your feathered friends. That's why we are proud to introduce our line of metal chicken coops, designed with both you and your chickens in mind. Our coops are constructed with rust-resistant and durable steel, ensuring they can withstand years of use and exposure to the elements. The plastic-coated hexagonal mesh provides optimal ventilation and keeps even the most determined predators out. Our coops also feature lockable doors, so you can rest easy knowing that your chickens are safe and secure at all times.

Instructions were very easy to follow. I love this idea and it fits perfectly for where we needed it. I question the durability though. I also am not a fan of the fencing used. It tears easily as it’s not hardware cloth. Any predator could easily get through this. We do plan to reinforce it soon, as winter approaches. If we didn’t have a fully fenced in yard, I would immediately reinforce the fencing. We have 12 chickens right now and they have plenty of space.. Ashley. NY. Wed Sep 02 2026

Okay! SO- first time chicken owner here. We live in Maryland and are raising chicks and ducks from babies. We live in the woods and therefore have a ton of natural predators. The coop on its own is not SUPER sturdy, but not the worst quality I have seen and works well for a yard that slopes. There are some gaps, so we enclosed the top and bottom with hardware mesh stapled into the wood and secured with cement blocks just to be sure everything would be safe, and so far so good! The cover seems like it will be reasonable for the raincolder temps. Used Wayfair assembly service, which was good but it did take 3 men four hours to assemble just FYI. Overall, happy!. Anonymous.
