I really like this run! If you don’t over stretchpull the chicken wire, you can get it nice and taught without waves and sags. I cut the chicken wire in 21 foot lengths, so that there was plenty on the outside bottom for cinder blocks or something to weight everything down. I put the entire thing together by myself. 5’1” woman. So, you can do it too!. Amber. Hampton Bays, NY. Mon Aug 17 2026

Decent chicken run for the price. Would not describe it as heavy duty. One of the frame pieces was smashed on the end. Was able to reshape it and complete the frame assembly. Installing the poultry netting is time-consuming and is best done with two people.. John. Clay City, IN. Mon Sep 21 2026

Was easy enough to put together, alone. It's exactly as pictured. I bought it to give my 5 hens somewhere to stay warm this winter. I did not however stop to think about how large my hens are and they will only get bigger. I should have read specs closer and bought bigger. My hens are one of the biggest breeds. Hopefully they will use it this winter. I covered the run to keep too much sun and rain off them. It's also connected to 2 other large runs. Vickie. Silver Springs, NV. Mon Oct 05 2026

This is a great budget-friendly chicken coop for beginners. It is cute. It is lightweight. It has nesting boxes for six chickens. Assembly was not complicated, but you have to be careful using power tools. I cracked a piece using them. That being said, you don’t want to assembly it manually. There are a lot of long screws. The wood is very, very light, but my biggest complaint if I had to have one is the smell. I had to air out the pieces for days due to the off-gassing.. Veronica. Senoia, GA. Wed Apr 01 2026

Built with a rust-resistant steel frame and plastic-coated hexagonal mesh, it provides ventilation while helping keep predators out. I have to say I love the idea of this. I am still trying to figure out just how to put it together. I am old so it takes me a while. But that said, I have a lot done. Once I finish putting the pipes together, not much more to do. I love the pipes as they just click into place instead of nuts and bolts. Makes it much easier to put together. I will update later with the finish product. Looking forward to getting this done.. Waiting for this heat wave to give up so I can do it. The pipes are not junk. If you ever decide to use the frame for something else it would make a good greenhouse too. I am impressed with the quality of the pipes. Makes a huge difference.. Kathie. Bowling Green, KY. It is a little small for 4 chickens, but it arrived with no damage and was fairly easy to assemble. Took 2 of us less than hour. Didn't use the wheels as I am going to put it in one place and not move it around. To use as a tractor would definitely not be big enough for 4 chickens.
