Large Chicken Coops

If you are a backyard chicken keeper, you know the importance of a good coop. It needs to be safe, and sturdy, and provide ample space for your feathered friends. That's why we are proud to introduce our line of metal chicken coops, designed with both you and your chickens in mind. Our coops are constructed with rust-resistant and durable steel, ensuring they can withstand years of use and exposure to the elements. The plastic-coated hexagonal mesh provides optimal ventilation and keeps even the most determined predators out. Our coops also feature lockable doors, so you can rest easy knowing that your chickens are safe and secure at all times.

Instructions were very easy to follow. I love this idea and it fits perfectly for where we needed it. I question the durability though. I also am not a fan of the fencing used. It tears easily as it’s not hardware cloth. Any predator could easily get through this. We do plan to reinforce it soon, as winter approaches. If we didn’t have a fully fenced in yard, I would immediately reinforce the fencing. We have 12 chickens right now and they have plenty of space.. Ashley. NY. Wed Sep 02 2026

This is a nice starter coop for warm areas. This is not for the cold harsh winters in maine. We will need to seal a lot of spaces between parts and plastic the screen in the doors as wind, rain, and snow will likely get through.. Trina Newbury. ME. Thu Sep 24 2026

Give your chickens a safe and comfortable outdoor home with this wooden chicken coop. Made of solid fir wood with a non-toxic finish, it features a waterproof asphalt roof, ventilated side windows, a removable pull-out tray, and a nesting box for easy egg laying. The built-in ramp allows chickens to move comfortably between areas, while the compact design fits well in backyards, patios, and garden spaces.

Easy to put together, parts are labeled, directions good. I only had to redo the hinges on lid, placing them somewhat higher than I had them in order for lid to close properly. Added an automatic door, the coop is spacious for my five hens, the roosting bars stay seated. I stapled two layers of strong plastic to roof for easy cleaning as they like to sit up there. The only part a little tricky was placement of the hinge on the left for roof, I wish the screw holes were marked better. I also set the coop on patio stones to protect the fir legs, the hens go under there sometimes.. Virginia. Tue Sep 15 2026

Was easy enough to put together, alone. It's exactly as pictured. I bought it to give my 5 hens somewhere to stay warm this winter. I did not however stop to think about how large my hens are and they will only get bigger. I should have read specs closer and bought bigger. My hens are one of the biggest breeds. Hopefully they will use it this winter. I covered the run to keep too much sun and rain off them. It's also connected to 2 other large runs. Vickie. Silver Springs, NV. Tue Oct 06 2026

Smaller than what is projected in the picture, but true to size of the dimensions that were provided. Some of the pieces came in damaged, such as the corners of the two nest box lift doors on the sides that are not intact and will need to be repaired. Not a setup I would leave uncovered / exposed to the elements as the materials are thinner / less sturdy than expected for something to house animals. Also, you might be able to roost a couple of chickens in this, but not more than 2 comfortably.. Anonymous. Texas. Fri Apr 10 2026

This is a really nice chicken coop. It did take three people to put it together and took us a total of 5 hours to put together.(older people so took longer) It will fit 6-8 regular chickens but we put 10 frizzle chickens in it with plenty of space for them. (frizzles are less than half the size of regular chickens) The wire around the bottom is great at keeping out predetors but we dug down about a foot and put wire to keep them from digging under. The doors are well constructed.. Shelly. Watertown, NY. Tue Mar 24 2026
