This piece is unbelievably beautiful. The shade is like a little piece of artwork. I included a picture of the original shade that came with my house so that you can see the size difference. Everything was already threaded the only thing that I think could be a problem is if you wanted to shorten the length of the pendant light, you have to thread everything to take out the centerpiece of the post.
