This light is beautiful and we love it, however, the hardware doesn't make any sense. There is a hollow screw that the light must be strung through in order to connect to the ceiling wires. There is no backup 'hard wire' to keep this from unscrewing itself and falling. I absolutely love this chandelier! It was not hard to put together but did take awhile to put glass pieces on. I cleaned them with windex first even though they were pretty clean. It’s easier to hang the chandelier and THEN put all the glass pieces on last since it’s heavy. Also for glass install I HIGHLY recommend putting all the ball head screw caps on all the screws that goes into the glass first, then that way all you have to do is put the nut on the back and it’s much easier that way.
