We ordered 3 of these lights. When they arrived 2of the 3 lights were damaged. I immediately started the replacement process and waited to review to see how it worked since I have not had this issue before. I took pictures of the 2 damaged light and the e boxes they came in and submitted. I received an almost immediate response of when new ones would ship and waited. Beautiful light fixture that fills our 19ft ceiling space perfectly. It came very well packaged and was easy to install. Pictures don't do it any justice. It hangs a couple feet lower than I imagined it would, but unless you are 6'6" tall it will be above your head. If we realized it would be so long, we would have adjusted the wires a bit prior to finishing hanging it.
