Stained glass is handcrafted using the same technique that was developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. Glass types and colors are designed using metallic salts during manufacturing. Each piece of real glass is hand-cut and copper foil is wrapped around each individual piece. The glass pieces are then welded by hand to create one-of-a-kind designs. Looks great, love the size. Its got a few flaws with the chains and yarnbead design. Some of the chains sit funny or the length is off. Also very fragile, some yarnbead strands were loose or even broken but able to fix. The chain issues arent terribly noticeable unless youre aware. The boho style mostly hides the flaws.
