We love this spotlight above our hearth! The reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because the inner lining of the shades are golden therefore, if you use white light bulbs, you’ll still get a sunlit golden glow and not a ‘bright’ white (even if you use a bright white LED bulb). This is exactly the kind of light I wanted but there was no delivery of the first one and the order got complicated. Still, the light wasn't the problem. We never knew what happened but we live in a time where there is a lot of theft and porch pirates. In years, we never have had this happen but the first one never showed up. I had this put up in a hall by a closet with a stacked washer and dryer. It is great to be able to see all the words on the dials with thisl light.
