We couldn’t figure out the color online but that’s because color changes with the lighting throughout the day. It appears to be hand blown glass so there is no seams but there are slight imperfections in the glass (bubbles). The light bulb is slightly crooked from the screw that pinches the wire in place and it’s impossible to get the cord perfect straight. This is beautiful! The lampshades have a dimpling and a bit of a pearl sheen. They aren’t terribly thin, and they aren’t overdone. They hang quite a way, around 4 feet. These are shown above tables and in kitchens, but I feel they are better suited for a multilevel stairway or open balcony. They are a lot larger than I imagined and that’s a definite plus. Like all the lighting from Wayfair, it has all the installation hardware, comes packaged very well, and even includes gloves so you don’t end-up with fingerprints everywhere. This is adorable BUT it was so hard to put up. The bracket doesn’t fit on a standard width junction box and so I sort of had to just use one screw and wedge the other side so it would stay. Hard to explain. An electrician could’ve probably come up with a better solution. Just be warned it is a tiny little cover at the top so if you have a larger hole from a previous light, you may need to use a ceiling medallion to cover it. Bethany. Sat Mar 14 2026
