I ordered this as a gift for a friend and she loves it! :) She likes handmade items and decorates her house with them, so it fits right in. The wrap in the rattan is incredibly even considering it's done by hand. I definitely wouldn't be able to do it that perfectly.... The entire kit is packed really securely, and it arrived 3 days after I ordered it!! All of the hardware is included, and installation instructions are easy to follow.
