I using this product for a week now. The assembly instructions that came with the package were totally off. I got the correct instructions from the website, and even then the screws mentioned in the instructions on the website and the screws delivered were different. I somehow managed to assemble the chair and after that, it looks sturdy. A recommendation: Arm and connecting screws should be a little bit longer.. Dhrumil. Montreal, QC. Sat Feb 19 2022
