I personally think this chair is perfect. It was a little challenging to put together by myself. Could have used a 2nd person when I got to the actual putting the arms on to connect the back and the seat, but it was manageable with a little creative thinking. I gave it 4 stars tho, because I bought the chair for my husband who is 6’2” and the lumbar support hits him a little too low as well as the headrest. It would have been a 5-star chair if the headrest and lumbar support were adjustable. But since it fits me perfectly at 5’6”, then maybe I’ll just take it over and get him another one! LOL!.
