It looks beautiful in my home office, the neutral color works perfectly with my décor, and the mesh back keeps it feeling light and airy instead of like a big, bulky office chair. It’s comfortable, supportive, rolls smoothly, and looks much more stylish than the typical desk chair. I did have an issue with my original chair. It began making very loud popping noises when I moved in it, which obviously wasn’t something I expected. This is where the experience really impressed me. I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely outstanding. There was no hassle or runaround. They immediately took care of the problem, and within four days I had a replacement chair! They also paid all of the shipping costs to return the original chair. The entire replacement process was quick, easy, and handled exactly the way you hope a company will respond when something goes wrong. Products occasionally have issues—that happens. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. First off I will admit Im petrified of anything I have to put together myself. But this assembly truly was easy. So easy I wouldve regretted if I paid someone to set it up. Peoduct was delivered within a week in a box that was a little beat up although everything was so well packaged inside there was no damage to the product at all. This is a great looking chair. I wouldnt say it looks like real leather but that's because it is not. Seems to be built well, it swivels nicely, reclines a little but not much. It is comfortable but not as comfortable as I had hoped although its brand new and I noticed every time I sit in it it feels a little better. I dont feel its as supportive as I had hoped. My old chair actually feels better. This one looks great in my house much better than my old chair, but Im keeping both till I get used to this one. In all honesty if I sat in it before I bought it, I probably wouldnt have bought it. It’s not the comfiest chair in the world, but it’s certainly gorgeous. If the seat were made of the same cushion as the back, then this would be perfect. It’s wide, and the arms don’t fit under my desk, but that’s okay. If I could compare the seat to anything, I’d say it feels like that green floral foam that crumbles as you put pressure on it…yeah. The seat loosens up but it just feels off. I’m waiting to see if I come to love the feel (3 stars) as much as I love the look (5 stars). If not, I may just sell on FB marketplace.
