Chair faux leather fabric and color is excellent. Assembly could have been a little easier but was able to complete alone. The reason for with-holding final stars is in the stitching on cushions doesn’t line up. It’s also not as wide of a chair as I had hoped.. Lindsay. Phoenix, AZ. Sat Sep 19 2026

So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL. It takes quite a bit to put it together but if you’ve assembled chairs before, nothing special about this one. I personally didn’t like the wheels as they feel small and seem to be made of a lower quality plastic. However, the seat itself is really comfy and the cushion for the back is nice too. It works for taller people which I really appreciated. Although it uses lower quality plastic parts, I’m still giving it 5 stars as it’s super comfortable and pretty sturdy!. Diana. Williston, VT. I’ve had a desk chair from this brand before and loved it, so I decided to purchase one from them again. Assembly instructions were clear. Chair feels comfy to sit on, although I haven’t done hours of studying on it yet so can’t speak on that yet. I took one star off because the leaning back feature isn’t necessary as advertised. In the posters, it says the chair can lean back to two different degrees, but when I tried it, it only goes back as far as one. Not the biggest deal breaker for me, but keep that in mind when buying.. Missing_rachelshenxiaogmail.c. Fri Aug 07 2026

This is a nice chair that is comfortable and gets the job done. Most aspects are adjustable like the arms that raise the lumbar support (albeit little support and small adjustable range). It will not blow you away or impress with high quality, but it is not cheap. It lands somewhere in the middle of the quality spectrum. For example the lumbar support (pictured) along with the neck and some other key parts are just plastic and not incredibly sturdy. The base arrived well packed and bubble wrapped but still came with dings scratches (pictured) and the base cover slip is a very cheap ( dirty) piece of plastic that is meant to be permanently placed there per the instructions but appears a bit tacky. However the chair is very sturdy, and the wheels glide very well. The seat is a large base that has plentiful cushion and is a very comfortable seat. The reclining feature is nice as well with no worry of tipping over backwards.. Erik. Northbrook, IL. Thu May 29 2025

In our house, we’ve been through about a dozen different office chairs (thanks to working from home and teenagers who sit in theirs for both homework and gaming). We’ve tried a number of different brands of office and gaming chairs at different price points. And unfortunately, we were disappointed in this chair for the price. The chair looked nice, had a comfortable but breathable mesh seat, and claimed to have all the features we tend to look for: adjustable seat height, arm height, headrest, and lumbar support. The foot rest looked like a nice bonus. But once we put the chair together, we found we could not make the seat height or lumbar support adjust. It isn’t clear whether the hydraulic switches were malfunctioning, but if so, the manufacturer may be able to provide support or a replacement and fix the issue. The headrest only moved a small amount to adjust it, and this was not controlled by the same switches. It was also very tough to move up and down to the right height. The footrest was also difficult to pull out to use. The star-shaped base was plastic and came with some scuffs on it. I loved that the chair came with a good assembly manual. However, some steps were lacking in detail and were very small to try to see.. Emily. Snohomish, WA. Mon Jun 22 2026

This office chair wasn’t difficult to assemble, but I’m only giving it 4 stars because the arm rests are a little short and it’s not that comfortable for a taller person. The height does adjust but again, it would be more suitable for a petite person.. Marlene. Sarasota, FL. Tue Sep 01 2026

Nearly perfect office chair. Considering the weight limit on this chair, I was expecting a wider seat. I also wish I could lock the lumbar support in one place. It falls out of position far too easily. I also wish it had more of a resting upright posture. It does not make contact with my full back when sitting up straight. The reclining feature and foot rest are amazing. I inbox zero still had the chair I want + a footrest. It would be a perfect chair. But this will do for now.. Sierah. Fort Wayne, IN. Wed Aug 19 2026

I really love my new desk chair. It is a very comfortable chair with many adjustable features. I can adjust the seat height, the headrest height, the back support, back lock, and push the arm rest up when needed. The fabric and cushion are nice. I really like the two tone black and gray as it goes well with my desk.. Mimi. Union City, OH. Tue Apr 28 2026

Awesome chair. I bought this chair for my grad student daughter. Unfortunately it is not as comfortable as we hoped—a little hard. But, we figured her bottom will break it in with all the studying she will be doing.. Sabrina. Ashland, OR. Sun Sep 27 2026
